Work
At the Brightlands Institute for Smart Society, I work on Case Law Explorer and its surrounding services: source ingestion, normalized legal data, citation and semantic search APIs, authentication, rate limiting, containerized deployment, and the interfaces researchers use.
Outside BISS, I build Hayeren, an Eastern Armenian learning platform, and Commonfold, a private knowledge system. I also work on multilingual web products for Mobility in Change and coordinate educational work through Code.X.
