Concept
The Armenia atlas explores how place records, historical sources, and authored context can coexist without reducing the work to pins on a map.
Product approach
Structured content and geographic records support several reading modes: spatial exploration, editorial sequences, and direct access to sources. The project is presented as a concept and working prototype, not a finished institutional publication.
Why it matters here
Together with Hayeren and the West Bank atlas, it shows a recurring concern: building interfaces that make fragmented language, place, and source material easier to navigate without flattening its context.
