Mobility in Change
A four-language industrial advisory website that gives cross-border prospects a clear route from an ambiguous need to the relevant practice and a human response.01
Four languages. One client journey.
The interface helps an industrial prospect recognize the right problem, inspect the relevant practice, and explain enough context for a useful human response.
The route survives the language switch.
Each locale is a complete public experience, not a detached translation page. Switching language preserves the pathname, query, and fragment while replacing the promise, navigation, metadata, and form language together.

Understand the context.
Move the work forward.
We support automotive and manufacturing companies in developing the German market and in sustainability and ESG projects.
Tell us what you needTwo practices, not a service maze. Business development and key accounts sit beside sustainability and ESG as the two primary ways into the work.
One cinematic ceiling. The five-second ambient film is silent and cut-free; reduced-motion and data-saving visitors receive its poster instead.
Credibility before conversion. The route moves from problem and practice to Christine's experience, approach, and only then the inquiry.
Verified against the production public surface and the maintained implementation for localized routing, ambient media fallback, service information architecture, qualified inquiry states, consent-aware analytics, and framed live editing. The qualified inquiry revision is present on local main one commit ahead of the production branch reviewed here.
Brief
Mobility in Change needed to make a specialist cross-border offer legible to automotive and manufacturing decision-makers in Italy and Germany. Visitors often arrive with a commercial, organizational, or sustainability problem before they know which service name applies.
Contribution
David designed the information architecture, visual system, localized public experience, and conversion journey, then implemented the production platform and the client’s authenticated publishing workspace.
Public experience
The homepage does not begin with a catalogue of services. It establishes the Italy–Germany context, frames two practices, introduces Christine’s relevant experience, explains the working approach, and then asks the visitor to describe the need.
Italian, English, German, and French routes carry the same structure with reviewed local copy and localized metadata. The language switcher preserves the current pathname, query, and fragment, so changing language does not discard the task a visitor was performing.
The visual system uses a bright industrial palette, large Manrope typography, real founder credibility, and a single five-second Higgsfield ambient film. The film is silent and nearly static. Reduced-motion and data-saving visitors receive the poster without first downloading the video.
Inquiry design
The latest maintained revision replaces a public booking calendar with a three-step inquiry: need and market context, timing and readiness, then contact details and the preferred response. A visitor can explicitly say the problem is still unclear. Christine reviews every genuine submission and may reply with questions, an initial direction, or a private scheduling link.
That inquiry revision is currently one commit ahead of the production branch reviewed on 25 August 2026 and still requires the documented production migration, mailbox, and release checks before promotion.
Client control
The administrator edits the actual public page inside a framed preview, switching page, locale, and desktop, tablet, or mobile width. A double-click selects public text or media. Generated translations remain drafts; all four locale values must be present before save, and revision history provides restore.
Versioned locale dictionaries remain a deployable fallback. Approved live text overlays them at render time, while replaceable images, localized alt text, and the ambient film are assigned through named media slots.
Result
The result is a client website whose interface reflects the consultancy itself: understand the context before proposing the next step. The public brand, localized service explanation, qualified inquiry, and client editing tools all preserve that human judgment.
Design and implementation
- Visual decision
- The artifact uses the client’s actual public poster and ambient film, localized production copy, inquiry choices, and editor vocabulary. It demonstrates the delivered experience rather than reducing the project to a technology diagram.
- Access decision
- The three views use arrow-key tabs; locale, inquiry-step, and viewport controls expose pressed state. The film remains decorative beside a meaningful poster, and reduced-motion or data-saving visitors never receive the video source.
- Delivery constraint
- Only public Vercel Blob media and repository-verified interface text enter the page. The demonstration is static, sends no analytics or inquiry, opens no authenticated preview, and explicitly distinguishes the live site from the maintained inquiry revision awaiting promotion.
