Operating boundary
The public description covers infrastructure and institutional roles, never individual cases. It does not publish student names, portraits, documents, correspondence, travel details, or identifying timelines.
Approach
The pathway is treated as an ongoing service, not a one-time placement. Each stage has a responsible institution, required evidence, foreseeable failure modes, and a handoff to the next stage. Privacy, informed consent, and student agency govern what may be recorded or shared.
